Refund policy

To start the return process please use the  RETURN FORM tab at the bottom of our website and select the items you are requesting to receive credit for. Complete the return process on our website and then proceed to ship it back to us. Items must be sent back to SERINA BEAUTY  within 10 days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely no refunds will given. There’s absolutely no RETURN on Liquid Lipstick, Lashes & COSMETICS! These are personal use products therefore we cannot accept returns unless if it’s defective upon arrival. 

All Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit!! This goes for the Headpieces, Earrings, Handbags and all Cosmetics Products.
